      Laid off due to "redundancy", job posted in another country 1 month later

      Pros

      Not much anymore. Was a great, progressive organization with a caring management before going public.

      Cons

      Forced to use personal credit cards due to no corporate cards and slow, overwhelmed PO process. Since Bentley went public, the atmosphere has completely fallen apart. Once the last of original leadership announced their retirement, mass lay-offs, especially for workers nearing retirement, as they would get a bonus.
