      Pros

      Loved working for this company, was laid off in the 3rd wave of layoffs after 10 years. The work culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      They are starting to cut the benefits a little each year. It started with health insurance and then moved to bonuses and such.

      International teams with options to travel. Very relaxed work-from-home policies (V-Connected). Good company culture.

      Cons

      Decision making powers too consolidated at the top. Small decisions need to be vetted by senior management.
