Pros

There are a lot of great things about working for Bentley. The people, for 1, are genuine, real and motivated. Each really wants the best for those that use the products. There isn't a lot of red tape and the customers you work with are great.

Cons

Once you have found your niche, there are very few opportunities to move up.

Pros

Bentley has many internal, global opportunities for vertical and horizontal growth. Seems to be very family oriented. Many colleagues work from home offices and travel significantly which lends itself to flexible work hours. Colleagues are generally very friendly and welcoming and team oriented.

Cons

Being a global company with individuals working with colleagues globally, the remote work can run the risk of odd hours of meetings or work -- one just has to find a way to manage their schedule accordingly.

Company culture, HR policies, work life balance, Salary hike is good based on performance of individual, good onsite opportunities. Good exposure to latest technologies.

Cons

The Magarpatta city office location was the only tiring concern I faced. Would have been great if it possibly be in city nearby.
