      Decent place to work but became very stagnant, was very easy to get stuck in your role.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, working from home, no micro management, plenty of social events.

      Cons

      Management are often clueless, hard to move around internally, aged business model, Dublin office has little authority, very slow hiring process, little or no training and onboarding.

      Big organization, talented people, good culture, relaxation in time and work, gratuity, free lunch and snacks, quarterly outdoor activities and sports

      Cons

      Low pay. Very bad increment like 4000 to 5000 PKrs after an year. No other increment no matter whatsoever. Because of this everyone here is looking for other options and no one is looking this organization as a permanent place to work inspite of their gratuity (your last pay when leaving bentley * no. of years work at bentley). As a result churn rate is very high. It's been just 4 months and 5 people have left bentley in front of me. Lastly no reward for extra effort. Their main products are in c++.

      Cons

      Company used to have an employee-focused, family feel, which has noticeably shifted. Unfortunately, there have been many layoffs of late, which appear to be indiscriminate. Some exceptional employees have been let go. HR is ineffective in dealing with toxic/troublesome employees. Serious issues have been ignored. In some cases, the toxic employees appear to be coddled and indulged by HR, rather than disciplined. This ongoing problem obviously has a significant effect on morale.
