      Pros

      I worked for Bentley 2 years and I would love to work there until rest of my life. The atmosphere in the company is very friendly, it is rather like family. There are many team events and opportunities for business travel. The workload is managed very well. The work/life balance is perfect. Salary reflects the workload and experience. No difficult personal targets and goals are required to set (not mandatory). The annual review and goal setting (121) is rather a friendly interview. I would definitely recommend!
