      Great benefits! Learning courses to develop your skills or learn new. Daily free fruit. Great colleagues & social events. Nespresso machine.

      Cons

      Not enough guidance & career advancement. Not flexible on vacation days to be taken. No structure in training new starter.

      - Good company overall - stayed for 3.5 years - Flexibility - working hours for appointments etc. - Work from home (under discretion of Manager) - Quarterly incentives against goals - Good culture - Friendly employees - Good Managers (most times)

      - Poorly structured organization - Too many organizational changes - Poor comminication from top-level management - No room for progression in terms of career path - Outdated marketings tools, and systems - Admin-heavy roles
