Senior Application Engineer
Pros
Great people and products. Family owned and Keith Bentley is Amazing, smartest technologist I have ever met. Product line is broad and well suited to meet or exceed the needs of the AEC market. Competitors own the market but are not nearly as comprehensive or complete as Bentley's.
Cons
When I started they had great benefits and work life balance but over the years the travel increased to crazy levels and the benefits have gone steadily down. Pay is ridiculously low but if you stick it out long enough you will be promoted and paid well. Down side is that there are too many old Intergraph employees that should have been fired years ago or never hired! Way too many useless executives that just take up space. Good old boy network is very strong. Way understaffed and marketing is nonexistent. No USA reseller channel and lack of local resources is hurting sales and market expansion.
