      Bentley is quite a good company to work with; one can work with different teams across the globe, many different technologies. If you are interested for exploring different job opportunities, Bentley always encourage that; good work-life balance improving quality of work. Seniors, mostly engineers, are quite experienced, which itself shows that it's a very good place to work; they are quite helpful and provide good mentoring

      Review and if required revision of compensation structure, at some intervals, is required.

      There are fixed work hours and fixed offs you can balance your personal and office life,offers lunch coupons,transport facility,quarterly incentives etc
