      Good work life balance but low career growth

      Pros

      Bentley is a very human, serious and honest company, with strong values and an inspiring CEO - Greg Bentley. Good flexibility to work and trust from overseas managers. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Since it´s a matricial type of organization, it´s a bit hard to be promoted in the company. Career growth is not so good, neither salaries (in the low part of the average). Staff is very reduced, so sometimes work can be very operational and not so productive.
