      Great products and smart people. The company has a broad product base and a sustainable business model. Flexible employment environment with many colleagues working remotely. The company lives and breathes it's mission (Sustaining Infrastructure) and the impact of users projects around the world really is inspiring. Good business outlook

      Cons

      Stability has a trade off as there are limited opportunities for career development and the company is seen as a stepping stone by many employees. Bespoke business processes and systems thwart efficiency.
