Pros

As an intern, I would say I got everything I could've asked for. The colleagues are great, I feel like I am part of the team, instead of an intern that will come and go. The best part is, they challenge me and trust me enough to do essential responsibilities for the team, and this is the best way to prepare the kick-off my career.

Bentley offers a good Work life balance, great support from the management, good benefits offered to colleagues.

Cons

A bit slow in terms of processes,
