Business Outlook
Pros
Well-run business, senior management has kept the company on an even keel despite 2 recessions during my time here. Yes, there have bee some layoffs, but minimal in comparison to other software companies. Great work environment - opporunities to work with people from all over the world.
Cons
Male dominated management team. (Otherwise, diversity is good.) The company still needs to grw up a bit and have more standard processes and procedures, although there has been pretty segnificant improvement over the last couple of year.
