      Pros

      The company offers excellent training programmes and professional development opportunities. The compensation package is competitive for the Dublin market, including comprehensive health benefits and generous annual leave. Working alongside talented colleagues who are experts in their fields has been invaluable for my professional growth. The company's focus on infrastructure software solutions gives a sense of purpose, knowing our work contributes to significant global projects.

      Cons

      Whilst the overall experience has been positive, some aspects could benefit from refinement. The internal processes for project approvals can sometimes be lengthy, which occasionally impacts our ability to respond quickly to client needs. Additionally, the training for new software releases, whilst thorough, could be more streamlined to help us present new features to clients more effectively.

      Pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      The work environment was toxic. Leaders were not aligned. The interview built the job up to be more than it was. Hopefully leadership has improved since then.
