Good place to start your career. Co-workers are helpful. Projects are interesting and well-organized.

Cons

It takes a very long time to move up to next level, company is not really growing. Some managers are very good, and some should not be managers at all.

Good benefits, flexible work environment/hours, telecommuting available for many jobs, good job security. The company seems to care about its employees and their wellbeing.

Cons

The company headquarters is in Exton, PA, but it is also composed of many smaller acquisitions. It feels like there are more career opportunities for the Exton employees than for acquisition employees. Career paths and opportunities for advancement are not clearly defined. The focus seems to be more on software maintenance than on software innovation or new product creation.
