      Pros

      Account Advancement (Sales) leadership. The leadership team is driving important change while growing an incredible organization. They have a genuine interest in the and their dteamevelopment. Change is the one constant and I would not have had it any other way. Colleague Success (HR) also has some incredible talent. I learned a lot from each of them and will carry that knowledge with me.

      Cons

      Bentley is a complicated place to be, but the team is so amazing that they try to make it as simple as possible.
