Bentley Systems Structural Engineer reviews

There is no promotion system(at least in my team). I have been working here for more than 7 years without getting any promotion. And the situation is same for my senior team members who have been working here for 14 years in the same position. Each year we get a fake promise from the team management with 0% improvement. The major problem is with the salary structure. Myself and all members in my team are hugely underpaid and team management and the HR team are completely reluctant about this. Each year they come up with a new excuse not to give a good hike. Whether the performance is good or outstanding, the hike is always below average. I have been asking for a salary review for last four years and all I get a fake assurance that they will consider my request. The persons in the team management only thinks about themselves. They only think about those things/works which will benefit them, not about the overall benefit of the team.
