Decent pay and benefits package with opportunities to earn more through working afterhours crisis coverage.

Cons

Management is a typical bureaucratic system. Middle managers play a lot of politics and have their own cliques of favorite employees. Employees of color are hired but never made to feel like they truly belong or that their opinions matter.

There are some very dedicated and talented medical professionals working for the clinics and caring for patients in spite of the lack of leadership support of the mission to serve the underserved.

Cons

Leadership staff with required education and work experience have been driven out due to other internal staff without adequate education and training being promoted even if their Gallup assessed leadership skills are in the bottom 20 % of National scoring. Current leadership based on promoting inadequacy but rewarding loyalty to an atmosphere of bullying and non-transparency.
