Analysts and associates get great deals experience and often exit to PE funds and often battle tested
Cons
High turnover and poisonous culture; most lateral hires VP and above leave within two years: pay is fickle and one can get zero’d any given year. Lack of industry coverage and depth- firm has terrible reputation on the street dating back to Berenson Minella days
