      Amazing Discounts - that's it.

      Cons

      Upper Management needs to respect their associates better. Sales have been down at BG. And it is partly due to upper management not doing their job correctly. If you are thinking about working here, forget it. Low Pay is insane and it is not even competitive to other department stores on Madison and 5th Avenue. Again, if you're contemplating about working here, forget about it. It's a joke. I was expecting better since Bergdorf Goodman was an esteemed establishment (there is only one Bergdorf Goodman in the world) but by the looks of it - looks like BG will not be here in the next 5 years.

      Fair employee discount Close to subway stations Good exposure to fashion industry Free Water

      Cons

      So much work for a human being. Not the right place to grow and be a better person. Job description does not exist in this place. Manager's act like they know everything. Low Pay as in LOW PAY!!! Cafeteria has nasty employees. Stockrooms are messy, Goodluck if you can find what you need in less than 5 min. All merchandise are treated like garbage. Stock Manager's are all rubbish. HR - Useless.
