Pros

A very diverse collection of luxury merchandise, and employees are able to sell all of it.

Cons

Very liberal return policy makes it difficult to make your sales goals. Sales floor environment suffers from a "High School Cafeteria" type culture clash.

The internship was very hands on, had many learning opportunities, the office felt like a positive and open working environment, and the program made you feel like an integrated member of the company.

Cons

There was not a lot of space in the office and software was not always up-to-date. Computers were not always available for interns to work on.
