Upbeat work environment, super friendly coworkers, great management that doesn't treat their employees as less then and talks to them as an equal. Everyone is always open to help in any way possible and are super positive and enjoyable to be around.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons, I love this environment and don't see any problems with the way it is run.

I worked with some of the Best Technicians in the Industry! Top notch people with great knowledge of how to Repair and Fix your Vehicles Correctly! And they all Truly Cared about how the Vehicles were getting Repaired! Top Quality and Reliability,Safety and Standards were all Done 100%

Cons

The Management Department in the Collision Center had No Business being Part of the Team because they Went Against Everything Bergstrom’s Stood For in there Values and Integrity on How to Treat and Repair Vehicles per Manufacturer Standards!
