The people I work closely with have become family, friends and amazing supporters. “Mr. B” or John Bergstrom is an amazing and respectful person.

Cons

Lack of pay, vacation and flexibility. Benefits are average. If you are not in sales or in a manager/executive position, forget about decent pay. No rewards come to the support positions of Bergstrom. All rewards are given to Sales and Service.
