      Pros

      I have always been given new job opportunities to work my way up in the company. It's nice that they look within the company to promote people and I have benefited from that!

      Cons

      Although I have been promoted and given more responsibilities within the company. No matter how long I have done a job for (currently done the same job for 5+ years, I have never been considered or given a raise in pay. Even if a raise was not an option the paid time off is also very minimal it would be nice to be able to acquire sick leave or additional paid time off through seniority or years of service.
