      Very progressive company. The company is always looking for better faster ways to serve the guest.

      Cons

      The poor reputation that the Auto Industry has.It is not true today and Bergstrom was the leader in running a dealership the right way.

      Pros

      I enjoy the variety of people that work for Bergstrom. Lots of different personalities which keeps things interesting and fun. They also strive to create a work environment that is a positive addition to your life balance. I grew from a receptionist position into my current role and have learned so much along the way. If you're willing to learn, work hard and grow yourself, they will foster that.

      Cons

      The retail industry comes with it's own unique challenges, and Bergstrom is not immune to that.
