      Pros

      Bergstrom is a great place to work with plenty of growth opportunities if you are willing to work hard and have the right mindset. The company gives back to the community and really makes you feel like you're making a difference where you live and work.

      Cons

      The hours and long and sometimes the job it tough, but the compensation is fair for the effort put forth.
