Bergstrom Automotive is a company that truly embraces its employees and continually helps move its team members forward along with the business. There is a strong network of technology, people and resources to help team members maximize their careers and their overall life. I have been with this company for over 11 years, through a lot of ups and downs. Throughout the roller coaster of business and life the Bergstrom's have stayed focused on their employees and the communities they do business in. This was abundantly highlighted this year by the actions taken to help and protect during the Covid-19 crisis.
Cons
The only con in this company is that there is rapid growth, which means a lot of training to keep up with the times. If you want to kick back and have stress free, relaxing day....this is probably not the place to be.
