      Pros

      A team that really does aim to excel not only in customer services but also determine to make a large company work well as a team. They do this through many types of strategies that I do recognize and I do appreciate. Again they do this for their team and guests.

      Cons

      They are always upgrading their company in image. I am one to believe if it is not broken do not fix it. The construction has been a little to much for my taste.
