As a founder & employee since the day our company first owned & operated a car dealership, I can attest that our initial guiding principles have served our company well. First of all, we view our team members as our most important company assets. We continually invest in our team members which results in their appreciation and desire to do a great job for our guests. Treating our team members with respect & providing a quality benefit & pay package has helped our company build a great team of sales & service professionals that are sincerely committed to taking care of the needs of our customers/guests.
