Pros

Lots of great people, guests and employees. Large family owned business but still a family owned business. Vision and focus has not changed in 20+ years I've been involved. Take great care of people and they will take care of you.

Cons

Any auto repair shop will tell you it's stressful. Someone is without their mode of transportation while it's in the shop and that's always tough. It's always rewarding to be commended for excellent communication and a job well done by a guest.
