Pros

Excellent facilities, good benefits package, owners involved, good culture, focus on providing great guest service, very ethical company

Cons

Training is very dependent on the store management and can be hit or miss, little formal ongoing training for any position, do some of the simple things poorly (transferring stores takes forever to get set up with IT), not much performance feedback from some managers other than annual reviews

Cons

Poor management system Short tempered people All or nothing type job Either you're eating prime rib or You're donating plasma for money. There's the top guys then there's everyone else and from a financial standpoint it is not practical to invest 3 years to develop a base in order to survive
