Underpaid and overworked is the best way to describe this place. Your role is unclear during the entire process, prioritizing favorite employees, SO much drama in departments, paying off customers who leave negative reviews, employees stealing money from cars being services and ghosting employees while they have had their car in service for months, customers have had to call the cops to get their property from them, being given title "changes" or "promotions" with no raise or increase, being told you haven't worked long enough so you don't get a raise this year, incentivizing employees and badgering them under they leave a positive google review and Glassdoor review.... The list truly can go on and I am not the only former employee who can attest to this.
