Career Growth Opportunities, Supportive Work Environment, Strong Leadership, Large Dealership Group with Stability, Team-Oriented Culture. Your attitude and energy will take you as far as you want to go. I started washing cars and worked my way up. For the size of the dealer group it has a great family feel, proud to work here. They invest in trainings/tools to help you grow personally and professionally.

I feel like I matter, walking into work people who i’m still getting to know want to know me better make sure I’m doing well and enjoying the work.

Cons

I haven’t found a con yet, I am always excited to go into work and see what the day brings. Everyone seems to be great team players, I truly love working at Bergstrom.
