Pros

Good work life balance. Great pay if you want to earn it. Very well ran. I've worked for dealer groups all over the Country, and I had always found myself comparing them to Bergstrom.

Cons

They don't like to fire bad employees. I know it's never a fun thing to end someone's job, but sometimes it is necessary. Instead of ripping the band-aid off, they will move an under performer around to other locations instead of just parting ways.

Pros

I love working at Bergstrom. There is so much communication. We work together as a team. Your hard work does NOT go unnoticed. You get recognized and appreciated. You are not just a number or a name in this company. I also love how much we are involved in the community. I could probably write a essay on why I love working here. There are just so many positives and good energy. I love it.

Cons

Honestly in my time working here, I have not found a downside. I drive 45 minutes here everyday and I enjoy coming to work and I do not mind making the drive.

Pros

Making the move to Bergstrom is quite possibly the best decision I have ever made. There is a true sense of family and a level of support I have never felt with another employer. From a free employee clinic to campaigns with Make-A-Wish and United Way to annual Brewer games for employees and their families, it is obvious the company's top priorities are it's employees and the communities we are in.
