Management in dealership level is awesome! Loved working with all of my coworkers.

Cons

Told specifically to never tell upper management/bergstroms the truth. That you would be looked at as you didn’t know your job. Tim has no idea what his workers actually think.

Pros

It's easy. Super easy. So easy, I was surprised by the amount of turnover for this position in sister stores. If you work morning shift it's nice because you can end your day earlier than most jobs.

Cons

It's really boring, honestly. Not much to do beyond answer phones, click-clack on your keyboard, check-in vehicles, and restock the fridge. Also, "full time" wasn't even 40 hours, so that sucked.
