Great place to work, great people, great pay, and committed to helping the community. The best automotive company in Wisconsin!

Cons

There is the need to work Saturdays for some people, but they do always provide a different day off to take its place.

$4,000 guarantee for 6 months when you start! Having a random weekday off. They do have values and the culture is there.

Cons

You don’t just sell vehicles here. You do financing as well. It’s constant grinding and micro managing from management. Expect to get on the phones and spend your day trying to convince customers to come in. Lots of downtime. If you are a professional, go elsewhere. If you are a young newbie in the world and think making $50k year is good in the Madison Metro area, then this is your way! Bergstrom is in different markets and the pay versus the cost of living is not considered. You pay for your own uniforms that are required. More sales people than sales.
