I was warmly welcomed and truly made to feel like family. I felt extremely comfortable exploring ideas and learning on this team. I admire Bergstrom’s values and believe their commitment to a people focused approach to business and culture are what differentiates Bergstrom from the rest.

Cons

As a member of a centralized team working with all of the Bergstrom locations, I occasionally struggled with knowing when/how I should advocate for consistency between locations.
