      Pros

      Great benefits, some of the best I've seen. If you prove yourself to the right people at the right time, you can grow here. Promoting from within is a great benefit but you'll also likely make less money than if you started in that same position for a new company. It is a bit about who you know and who likes you but isn't that just about anywhere??? Work hard and be seen, nothing happens quickly but if you do the right things, good can come of it.

      Cons

      Disconnect between departments and locations but again, poor communication seems to be an issue at a lot of companies. A lot of shooting from the hip then jerking back because it was a fast, uninformed decision made based off of one individuals statement instead of a collected effort.
