      Pros

      There is always an opportunity to make more money depending on how you work. My Management team is fantastic couldn't ask for better! The entire team supports one another and helps with growth when interested in learning more. I always feel like my voice is heard.

      Cons

      Pay bonuses/raises change frequently, typically for the business benefit not the employee. Employee incentives have been removed a lot lately. Transitioning into a new position is difficult/takes a very long time after training is completed.

      From day one, the culture and atmosphere at Berkeys has been the best I have ever experienced. I have always been treated like a valued member of the team, from day one. As well as having the industry leading pay for the work I do.

      Cons

      Having no sick days until after 1 year of employment is the ONLY issue I have found.
