      Pros

      The managers are very understanding and listen to your concerns. The owners and President are very down to earth and friendly. This is honestly the healthiest work environment I have ever worked for. The company is on the rise and I most definitely see this as a career path I can grow in. They value you as a person and are very personable. It's honestly like a big family.

      Cons

      None that I've come aross.

      Pros

      The trades are essential-job security Positive management team Employees who are supportive of each other. Ongoing training opportunities Base pay is good, lots of opportunity for bonuses. Work/home balance is important to management. Benefits- they offer some things that are uncommon with business, pet insurance, birthday PTO, anniversary/birthday acknowledgement, financial education, fitness reimbursement. Team building activities

      Cons

      The cons that come to mind are more general to the physical aspect of the trades that are common to all companies. Or the occasional challenging personalities that you may encounter on the phone.

      Great company to work for, great work life balance

      -Communication is excellent -The culture is the best i have worked for, really do care for the overall health for employees. -Great room to grow and explore other roles within the company. -The management really does want to you to do well for your family. - Integrity and transparency are valued in this company

      There are some cons, but i have yet to find any at this time.
