So Berkeys is under new management a lot of change for the better of the company’s future. What I’ve noticed so far differently in my 11 years from working other organizations is our new CEO. He takes the time to meet with us weekly as a whole company to motivate us and show he cares and that we’re growing together as a WHOLE unit every department working as one to be the best company out there possible. The culture here is amazing, the change and vision here is real, you have opportunities to outshine and be you. It feels like I'm part of an important movement that’s gonna rock the industry and I’m proud to have made this move to Berkeys. With patience this company will go far and me with it.

Cons

The only con I have at this moment honestly is the negativity of the employees that have been here for a while and aren’t up for the new change. Being able to block that in a respectful manner will show you the vision, growth, and your spot here. Just keep it positive.

As this is a growing company some of the more coveted positions could take a bit longer to get to.

Great leadership, very flexible, and listens to what you have to say and actually TAKES ACTION! One of my cons used to be to do more trainings but since then, they have put me into trainings and plan to put me in more!

Cons

Ram Promasters are a bit small but still work great
