Pros
Great atmosphere, good opportunity to meet people and give a little to the community by helping new students find their footing. Very flexible hours. One of the best jobs I've ever had. It's a great addendum to a resume.
Cons
Sometimes the students require more help than you may have signed up for, but there's always support from supervisors to help manage. Also, there isn't an unlimited number of hours you can work, so there's a cap on how much you can make, but that's not quite a con - just something you expect from any job.
