      Pay is good, But they work you to the bone. They are not very forthcoming with their clients. I did not like having to lie to the clientele.

      Hello - thank you for the review and we are so sorry to hear about your experience at Berkley, but we are in fact a manufacturer as well as a distributor! We have a few plants around the country. We have in house digital printing in our Rogers design center, copacking in Lowell Arkansas and corrugated manufacturing and printing at 1520 S Mill Street, Nashville Illinois :)

      Pretty Exterior, Toxic Managment

      Pros

      Worked here for a year and it was the most toxic management environment I have ever worked in. My manager would blame every issue on his employees and made multiple people cry. In one year of working there I saw at least 3 people quit, not including myself. Turnover is high. Stress level is high. Long work hours.
