      If you are all about people, you will love working for Berkshire. Positive work environment, team building, mentoring program and awesome training. Berkshire promotes from within and offers excellent PTO. No experience needed for entry level.

      Cons

      Leasing commissions should be more desirable.

      Pros

      I've only been with Berkshire a short period of time but thus far my experience has been a positive one. I truly appreciate our leadership. In the past many job related responsibilities felt like just a task to check off once completed, but with Berkshire all job task are look at as an area of opportunity to provide great service and really grow as individuals. I was hoping to find my forever company and I just might have found them. Extensive training Competitive pay Good Benefits Great Culture
