Pros

Berkshire promotes from within and has great training while doing so. They defiantly try to hold on to their employees by investing in their training. The Houston portfolio District Manager is awesome and always sees the hard work of her employees.

Cons

The pay is competitive but can be higher in my opinion. Very hard to become a manager because they aren't enough properties, but that's normal with management companies

Pros

The people who make up the upper management of Berkshire are great! I have never been part of a company where upper management has been as involved, accessible, and as helpful as they are at Berkshire.

Cons

Too many job roles are placed on one individual which can slow down the process for getting things done efficiently.
