One of the best things about Berkshire is how much they care for their employees. Your voice is heard and your opinions matter. Berkshire has a fantastic training and support team and senior management is extremely approachable. They make me feel important and part of the family. There are advancement opportunities and amazing benefits. I am PROUD to work for Berkshire Communities!

Staff from other properties are always willing to help outside of their own community, DM knows her Houston team individually, our opinions and input matter to upper management, leasing consultants are not micro managed, good training

Cons

Budgets for properties are hindering bonuses for onsite team, commission could be higher, employee rent discount is low for properties with high rents
