Pros

On of the best reasons to work for Berkshire Communities is that you get to work with friendly people and you never know what your going to walk into on any given day.

Cons

One of the downsides to working for Berkshire Communities is that you make friends for a short period of time because when your property is sold you will all be split up or not work for the company at all.
