      Pros

      I have worked for Berkshire Communities going on 15 years and couldn't imagine working for any other management company. Berkshire has it going on. The commitment and support to all Berkshire employees is evident each and every day. My team feels more like family to me than co-workers. The benefits Berkshire offers are outstanding. I'm looking forward to another 15!

      I cannot think of a con when it comes to being employed by Berkshire Communities.

      A Company that Cares about their Employees

      Pros

      The senior management truly cares about all employees at the site level and values feedback from the groundskeeper up. There is a lot to be said about the President of the company coming to visit your property and sitting around the staff and asking what things they would like to see change within the company.

      Cons

      There are no cons to this company. Come work for a company that truly cares about its employees and residents.
