Payscale isn't reflective of education level, transitioning from on site offices to regional/district offices is difficult, no focus on employees making lateral moves

Pros

Friendly work environment, relatively stress free, good sales experience. Commissions are nice when they get paid out. Good training.

Cons

Low pay, work weekends, corporate hands everything down to lower management without consulting those actually using/dealing the policies and cut backs. Takes fooooooreeever to pay out commissions, you can not count on them getting to your pay check when you want them you will always be let down. Very hard to move up in the chain, unlike most companies that hire within, this company seems to waste a ton of resources hiring from outside and it usually comes back to haunt them.
