Pros
Berkshire is exceptional in many ways. They truly value and foster their culture, employees, work life balance, and multi-faceted support. They offer a great benefits and PTO package, and competitive compensation. Berkshire is comprised of an incredible group of people who value, support, and challenge each other from the top of the ladder down to the site level. They hold strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and are open to innovative thinking and being prepared to constantly evolve. I truly enjoy working here, and anticipate being part of this high performing and inclusive company for years to come.
Cons
I don't find this to be a con, but some may not thrive in the remote nature of this company given that it is national and depending on your location, you may be distant from a corporate office. We all still manage to stay very connected through microsoft teams and video calls, but some corporate positions may feel distanced from others if not engaged virtually.
