Pros

Berkshire is by far the best company I have worked for in my 21 years in the business! They give us the tools to help us grow, and they listen when we need to be heard

Cons

More regular company round tables are needed

Pros

From the property level to the corporate level the attitude is one of inclusion which makes Berkshire like a family. There is room to advance, grow and learn. The benefits are great! The first year you get 3 weeks of vacation. There is a great bonus incentive program. You have amazing coworkers and managers!

Cons

You can't always travel to see the other properties and physically meet management. We do video conference calls which has made the properties come together more to be ONE amazing team.
